HOLY CRAP! What can this be?!

At two different times when I put on my 20mm Lumix I got this on my screen and then I re put on the lens and its all good.

Put I tell you I all most s**t my self.

What could cause this?

Yeah this seems like an issue you need panasonic to look at. Almost looks like its picking up the lens mount.

Are you turning off the camera when changing lenses? With lenses that don't have electronics I wouldn't expect an issue by not turning off the camera but with lenses that have electronics I would, and in fact I would turn off the camera.

Looks like the lens mapping to fix the barrel distortion on the 20mm pancake (the gh1/gh2 do this too) But your not supposed to see it like that of course.
