Starting around 5 minutes, is that a whole empty city set? Wtf? they actually build little city sets like this to film in? I thought for big studio films they just get a random city to close down a street for them to shoot any outdoor scenes?

Starting around 5 minutes, you actually get a lot of CGI and post FX.

Never believe what you see....

There are several backlots in Hollywood, and I can always tell when they are used. This one in particular I fist noticed in Back to the Future, which I remembered from Gremlins a year earlier--

Yeah, last year i visited Universal studios and I went on the tram tour 3 or 4 times hahaha I love how nice the building in the europe zone look. Last year they were filming something in the giant bluescreen, something that look like medieval, but I still don't know which film it was.....

WTF is all that about? It's like a $3M viral spot. All Universal Studios as was said. The new NYC and surrounding post-fire standing sets are really beautiful.

Edited the first post. I knew it was a set, I just didn't know they built sets this big, I thought for city shots they just shot in real city's where the studio gets the city to close a street or a city block for them to shoot
