We buildt a dollie to make the smooth movements can post an image of it later today!
The lensadapter is very simple. Its a canon dustcap at the end, as a lens mount, then 4,4 cm from where the lens is mounted there is a Canon EE-S groundglass, and 3 cm behind that is a cameramount. We used a 50 mm 1,8F Canonlens (cost about 130$).
