Well guys the other day I was filming and...let me try to put this into terms where I dont sound like a complete idiot hehe..the other day I was filming and as I was filming my viewfinder just went black with greyish/white lines running across it, I open the lcd and its bright pink with white lines and I cant see a thing. So I shut the camera off, go home, charge my batteries and what not, but it still is doing it. When my camera does this, no functions work at all, not the zoom, not anything. The only function that seems to work is the playback. Could this be a battery problem? Perhaps the camera isnt getting enough power to run completely? Ive had this problem before and it always has seem to happen when the battery is low...any ideas?

Thats just thing, my camera was bought from a private seller so it doesnt have the warranty anymore. I havent dropped the camera or abused it ever....as for the wall charger, I dont have the cord that plugs into the dvx..do you know where I could get one for relatively cheap. I order a new battery so I could test that problem, if it doesnt work, then Ill just have to send it off to get repaired.
 
sweet man thanks alot. does anyone have any ideas of what it could be then? any ideas at all? I spoke with a camera repair shop and they said they think it might be a ccd problem or maybe even a lens problem...
