I have heard that certain SD cards used in high-end digital camera can malfunction quite often usually because of static discharge. This usually happens in the process of switching out cards or moving a card form the camera to an SD reader or computer. And I only say "high end" cameras, i am sure it would be the same with any camera, because a professional is more likely to have a high end camera and have multiple cards that they switch out.
I was talking to a dealer at a local camera shop and he said they get multiple clients a day who come in asking for data recovery on there cards because of this problem.
Just wondering if anybody has had this problem using the HMC150?
Also could this have anything to do with the random artifacting or color glitches in certain frames of video I occasionally hear about on the HMC?
