With OIS on. Was on a tripod for the side/panning shots. Use CS4 and outputted to H.264 using the preset for 720P and just changed the frame rate to 59.94. I do not know the best setting to used for YouTube but this seemed to work ok.
 
Cool, looked great. I use Premier too, try the youtube HD setting under H.264 and then change the frame rate to the native fps like you did. That's how I've been doing it, and it's looking pretty good.

Hey guys

Here's a quick vid I put together of my bachelor party weekend, mainly just to show you guys what 1080/24p looks like out of the camera. I shot it entirely in auto, and it picked a 1/50th shutter speed I believe most of the time. Keep in mind it's a home video, not edited much at all. :)
