Hi everyone,
I've finally made the purchase of the HMC40 and have just gotten a chance to play around with the settings this week.
I have a greenscreen shoot coming up next month which I would like to use this camera on. All shots will be locked off and in most cases be medium shots (with probably just a few full shots). The backdrop with be chroma green. There will only be a little walking movement and moving of the arms- nothing TOO detailed or fast moving.
Shooting in the past we always used Adobe Onlocation for capturing live to play back immediately for review and approval. It looks like the HMC40 does not have the ability to do this, is this correct?
Finally, what format would be best for recording? The final output will be for web (a flash video with transparency) but I assume I should still capture the highest possible. I will not be doing the keying myself but I assume Adobe After Effects will be used.
This HD realm is unfamiliar territory for me but I'm trying to catch up as quickly as possible!
Thank you for any help!
