HMC40 Book - Barry?

My HMC40 arrives on Tue. Will Barry Green's HMC150 book suffice or is an HMC40 book in the works?

No HMC40 book is yet in the works. That may change, but as of now, no.

EDIT: Indeed there is a book that covers the HMC40. I've released a new book, The HMC Book, which covers the HMC40 as well as the HMC150.

I purchased Barry's HMC150 Book for use with the HMC40 and highly recommend it. If you're looking for more information on AVCHD and many of the features of the HMC40, this book will get you most of the way there.
 
Hey dan, I think you're the first review I've heard from an HMC40 user. Really glad you found the HMC150 book useful and applicable! I thought a lot of it would translate over well to the HMC40, so I'm glad to hear it's working for you. Keep posting footage!

I really want to thank you for a great book. The glossy, spiral bound pages are first class, and the size is easy for reading and packing. For me, the content was so good, I couldn't put it down. For those unfamiliar with AVCHD and the HMC40, I believe your book is the fastest way to get up-to-speed.
