HMC151 really switchable ?

I see on a couple of sites that the HMC151 (European version of the 150) is switchable between 50 and 59.98. Is this true?

Can some one with the 151 please confirm it? This would actually make the price difference between the USA 150 and the UK 151 a little more bearable - at least once I claim the VAT back ;).

I'm also trying to locate a PDF manual for the 151. Does any one have a link? I've looked all over the Panasonic.co.uk we site but it seems to be one thing they don't have :(

I already have the 150 and 152 manuals, but since the 151 is the one I can buy, and the other manuals don't mention the 50/60 switchable I was hoping to get the real manual if possible :)
 
Not sure where you can find a manual online. But switching over is fairly easy. Go to Other Functions menu > System Freq. Once you've selected the other frequency, it will ask you to switch off the camera. Switch it back on and you've done it. You cannot record both frequencies onto the same card though.
