HMC150's CCD resolution along with competetors

Man, I'm having trouble finding whitepapers on this thing. I wanted to compare the sensor resolution of the HMC150, Sony Z5U, EX1 and XHA1. I can find actual pixels on some, but I'm looking for the native aspect ratio of the sensors, not the resolution after the image goes through pixel shifting and is recorded to media. Any help would be awesome.
 
raw chips are 960 x 520 I believe- got it from dvinfo.net

Does not sound like alot, but the larger pixels reveal much less noise in low light, better colors and contrast.
