HMC150 vs. HMC40 vs. HVX200

These three cameras come in at pretty different price points.

My question is this:

Shooting a feature film. Using adequate lighting.

What are the differences in these three cameras, and why would I want one over the other? I know the formats are different and such, but the HMC40 is quite a bit cheaper than the HMC150 currently right?

How does the HVX200 compare?

I'm not shooting weddings or concerts. Everything will be lit. The only natural light we would use is during the day, or things at night in ADDITION to the movie lighting.
