HMC150 & Using Adobe Premiere CS3 and/or CS4

What is the easiest, fastest, and cheapest way to be editing my footage in Adobe Premiere? I've been on a free trial using Cineform's Prospect HD and the footage when ran through the software turns out absolutely amazing with no rendering or any other BS required when the clip is dropped into my timeline. The software turns my MTS file into a drama free AVI file and working the clips in the timeline has never been faster, easier, better! I am so impressed with the speed! The footage was 1080I and playing with no problems whatsoever. In 10 days this trial will be up and the software is $749. WOW. What am I supposed to do?! Buy a mac and start using Final Cut!? I'm in desperate need of a solution. Unfortunately the software seems worth it but I'm wondering what else is out there? Any advice for a 1st time HMC user/HD footage editor? I also prefer using Premiere CS3 and the converted footage looked great in there. Once again, zero hesitation, No waiting around at all. Amazing, but costly.

IF you want good AVCHD editing for a cheap price, NEO 2.5 (or Booster) is the best solution. But is a bit limited if you want higher end editing. Anything else will generally need to have AVCHD footage converted. I work mostly with Edius and they have a free converter utility that works really well until the Booster is added which should be before long.
