HMC150 Syncro Scan change while recording

Can the HMC150 Syncro Scan shutter speed be adjusted while recording? Doesn't look like it can but I ask since I can change Syncro Scan while recording with my JVC GY-DV5100. It is nice to have this ability during meetings that sometimes use LCD projectors that end up with flicker on the projection screen and you can simply dial out that flicker and not have to stop the recording to do so.

Think I found a solution to not being able to change the Syncro Scan shutter speed while recording. I was adjusting Scene File settings and had some at 1/43 shutter speed and some at 1/48. While recording, I changed to different Scene Files and this also changed the shutter speed from 1/48 to 1/43 between two that I had set. So, in theory, if I knew what shutter speed would typically eliminate flicker I could set up each additional Scene File only changing the shutter speed and have them ready to change to while recording. I come across problem this when shooting specific public meetings, when they use a projector to show a PowerPoint, so I already know what shutter speed is needed to eliminate the flicker.

Anyone see a problem with doing this while recording?

Be, when I want to eliminate a projector's flicker, I usually turn on the shutter speed and set it to 1/60 of a second.
