up for sale is the Panasonic HMC150. it is 6 months old and bought new from bhphotovideo.com. it has less than 10 hours of use and is in mint condition.

also included is the SGpro Rev. 3 with the Nikon lens mount. It is 6 months old as well and has only been used a few times. it is in mint condition and comes with lens caps for both the front and back ends of the adapter.

also included are Cavision R15B80 rails that were also bought new from BHphotovideo. it is in perfect condition.

3 Nikon lenses are included. these are high quality lenses. they are from the early 90's series which are the superior-build quality, made of pure metal with ULTRA smooth focusing - not the cheaper, poorly made plastic versions they make today. the glass is in mint condition. there are a few small nicks and buff marks on the outer metal from normal use, but nothing that effects performance.

The Case holds the SGpro + rails + lenses with other accessories. The case does not hold the HMC.

Items included in auction:

-HMC150 camera
-SGpro Rev. 3 with Nikon lens mount (2 battery grips are included for it)
-Metal case for SGpro with pick and pluck foam

dumb but quick question- does the sg flip the image meaning it will be right side up in the viewfinder?

Not sure but the HMC150 has an 'LCD-flip' feature to compensate (except all your OSD data (f-stop, time, battery, etc) gets flipped too IIRC, which is a pain).

So I take it you don't want to sell to me, because I have the $4300 ready for you. Let me know or I can move on and buy the gear elsewhere.
