Hi Alan,

You are welcome. Can you balance the HMC150 on the GC2000 without your cusomized extension? I don't even know where the standard one is. I have been using the cusomized extension for the last couple of years on my GC2000.

Hi Mark,

I have no problem balancing on my GC2000 with the standard tube. I don't have anything attached however. No light or wireless. Did you have anything added on to the one you tested? What's interesting is I barely had to extend the tube compared to my PD-170 with the Century Optics .65 wide angle attached. So, have you purchased any 150's yet?? :)

Say hi to Trisha and take care.

Alan

Hi Alan,

That's good to know. Videographers have asked me if they could get by with the GC2000 on the HMC150, and I assumed they could, but since mine is modified, I did not have a solid answer.

We are shooting with three HMC150s. They are great.

Hi Alan,

I have used both 1080/60i and1080/30p. For Scene Files, I used 4 at first, especially in lower light, but it added too much noise. Now I use Scene File 1 when indoors. I have experimented with Scene File 3, 5 and 6 when shooting outside.
