Hmc150 price too good to be true?

Gray market, most likely. Willoughby's has been an authorized dealer in the past, and may still be one, I don't know, but they've always advertised like the gray-marketers. I don't know anything about Sunset Electronics.

In that ad they mention the HMC155. An HMC155 is absolutely a gray-market import; the HMC155 is the Japanese model. Which means no warranty anywhere in the USA.

Thank you again, Barry.
The willoughbys one was very similar, also on amazon, sold by willoughbys, with 2 tripods, 2 lense attachments, case, 2 SD cards, battery, etc.. Same price too, i believe.
I don't see it now.
Willoughbys is supposed to be an old company, but it sure seems to have that same type appearance.

I don't think it's worth the risk for a hundred or so dollars
