HMC150 or HMC151 Technical

Hi guys.

I am new to the site and have a couple of questions regarding the Panasonic HMC150. I am thinking of buying the HMC150 from the USA as I visit every few months (from the UK). USA runs with 60Hz, (UK 50Hz). How does this affect the use of the camcorder in the UK?

HMC150 is NSTC (USA), and PAL in the UK. Will the camcorder still function correctly>
The European version is the HMC151, but this is much more expensive in the UK. Can anyone offer any advice. :)
 
I believe you would not have any problem recording at 720p60f and converting to 720p50, 1080p30f to 1080p25f. I'm not so sure how the 1080i60f would look when you convert to 1080i50f or when you convert 1080p24 and 720p24 to 25f.

Unlike DV, HD frame sizes are the same for Pal and Ntsc, so no problem there.
