HMC150 making strange noise when tilted...

anyone know what this could be? It makes a noise that sounds a bit like a more minor one it makes when it is started up. Kind-of a rolling, thunk noise. Anyone?

It's the optical image stabilization moving around a bit when there's no power going to it. Nothing to worry about.

You can also hear this sound when tilting the camera completely turned off.

It goes away when the camera is completely turned on.

It is a well known behaviour of the OIS.

It's most noticable with most OIS models when the cam is off and you tilt it downwards as you are walking ...my HMC82's do it and also the new AC-130's do it as well so absolutely nothing to worry about. If the power is on, it won't make any noise of course.
