HMC150 HD to SD DVD

I hope this is not answered elsewhere but we're new to the AVCCAM format.

My office does the rendering and presently we are using DVPRO from firestores.

first question is, assume the final product we want to end up with is a standard def DVD.

If we use a HMC150, what format is best for video capture for rendering into a standard DVD?

same question if using a HVX200/firestore combination, using the firestore for the source and not the P2? all settings are possible on both the camera and FS.

pardon my ignorance,

does that mean setting the HVX200 to shoot 720/60 as well as the firestore? so the NLE has a 720/60 to render into the DVD?

One awesome thing about shooting in HD for SD output is that you can "zoom" into a frame in post without quality loss in the final project.

I typically shoot 1080 30p unless I need a more "real" look (ie. sports) or slowmo, then I shoot 720 60p
