HMC150 cut with HDC-TM300

We are contemplating adding another production unit and are considering the use of two (2) HMC150's as the primary cameras and a B roll camera that would be either the HMC40 or some consumer/prosumer camera like the HDC-TM300 or the HDC-TM15 for one of our talking heads broadcast productions that would be coded down to SD 720x405 (16:9 widescreen) in post and wondered if there was anyone out there who has cut this configuration or with one of the Canon AVCHD cameras and how it worked out?
