HMC150 and Sony Vegas temporary incompatibility

Just passing along some info I received recently.

Shooting the 150 in 720-60p and placing on the Vegas timeline, strange things were happening; specifically, a frame from "a moment ago" would reappear making it difficult to determine where I was cutting.

Wrote in to Sony support, they confirmed after reviewing my footage that there was an issue and that they would address it in a future release.
 
Yes..this is a known issue. You can overcome it if you trancode to the sony AVI first..then you can edit. It can do crazy things i know. I will also get the green frames as well.

I've actually been trying Sony MXF as the intermediate and it seems to be visually lossless, and the file sizes are quite a bit smaller than .avi's.
