HMC150 and AB Gold Mount

I don't think that charger is meant to power the hmc. They are touting it as a device that can use hmc batteries to power devices that use an AB or v-mount.

Here's the description on the site: "The Dolgin Engineering VD-14-HMC150 not only charges two Panasonic HMC150 camera batteries but also outputs 14.4VDC to power portable monitors, 14.4V cameras, or any other 12-16V accessories. There's also an optional AB Gold Mount or V-Mount available (not included) so you can slap it right on the back of the camera."

So the question is: Does slapping this device on the back of the camera also powers it or not? :))

Talked to the company and it cannot power the cam via AB Brick. Reasoning for my question is that I have an extra AB dionic90+dual charger for my jvc HD100 rig (cam will be selling soon) that I want to use on my future hmc150 cam. Any suggestion is appreciated . thanks!

Just to clarify, the B&H website description is not accurate, the vDoubler powers 12V cameras, monitors etc. using 7.2V DV batteries. It does not charge batteries. It can not power a 7.2V camera like the 150.
