HMC In Stock Anywhere Now?

[Red Jacket Mike]

Hello;

I've made up my mind to purchase this camera (upgrading from a Sony V1U) but I can't seem to find anyplace online that has them in stock right now.

Does anyone know where I can order one right away?

Thanks.

[matt s.]

Spec-comm had some last week.

nobody really carries the camera...when i bought mine i got it at B&H since they have great customer service and after I ordered they had it in stock within the next 2 days and shipped the next day. they also have probably the lowest price for it

If Spec-Comm doesn't have any, you can also try Full Compass. They might have a few, but I would call.

Try EVS in Burbank. I buy from those guys all the time, and I couldn't be happier. I bought my HMC from them last week ($3200) and they had a bunch in stock. I got them to throw in the big Panasonic battery, a UV filter, and a 16GB card for less than $3500 out the door, with tax. (The tax alone would have killed me!)

what did you have to mention to get the deal?

i remember i bought my dvx from there, and the evs employee who used to post here hooked me up with no tax, and a filmmaker discount

i had to sign a paper, something to do with film commision discount

now i'm ready to buy an hmc-150, i would like to buy it from there

I just told 'em I had $3500 to spend, max - and what I wanted for that price. Yeah, I signed the lower-tax deal, which got me a 3% tax rate.

Good guys over at evsonline. Purchased a battery from there.

I bought mine from the Lerro Corporation outside of Philadelphia. They gave me a great deal.
