HMC 150 stuck in Free Run timecode?

My HMC 150 is stuck in free run timecode mode and is constantly running. In the menu to change it to record run, it is greyed out, so I am unable to change it. Has anyone else had this problem? Any known solutions? Thanks in advance!

I've searched far and wide and still can't figure out whats going on. Does anybody have any insights into this issue?

You have to turn PREREC to OFF in order to use rec-run timecode.

In CAMERA mode: MENU-RECORDING SETUP-PREREC MODE-set to OFF-push MENU-TC/UB SETUP-TCG-set REC RUN
