hmc-150 battery charger/ac adapter

A shooter left the ac charger and ac adapter at a job and it disappeared. I orderd what I thought was the correct one, and it will charge the batteries fine but when using the adapter to run the camera, it says it is the wrong style and will not work. Does anyone have the correct part number/link so I can get the correct setup?

The part number is going to change based on where you are in the world, and for that you didn't give us much of a hint.
