Why have you decided to sell the demo?

I'm curious because other stores have their demos for sale as well.

My guess (a total guess) is that dealers are usually contractually bound to hold onto demo units for a set period, perhaps a year. After that many want to push them out the door because it's equity they don't want to have to carry. They still sell and believe in the product, they just want back the money for the promo.
