might be helpful for you to think of this question from the professional's perspective. what do you have to offer someone who is willing to invest their time and effort in your endeavors?
consider if your energy is best spent focused on improving the level of your work before soliciting professional help. maybe you could do someone else a favor working on their indie project in hopes of reciprocation. that would be a way to increase your own level of experience and make some friends who can improve the production values of your future projects.
