Hi All,
We're looking for some talented editors to contribute their creative skill to putting together some of the contemporary-styled footage we capture of weddings and events.
We are located in Los Angeles, but we are looking to hire out of town talent as well (as long as you have the proper editing setup)

We are looking for editors with the following qualities:
-Have a strong desire to learn knew techniques, think outside the box in editing style, and can take direction and listen well
-Have very strong right and left sides of the brain and can put together a story with the footage at hand while jumping over the technical hurdles.
-Own a system with Final Cut Studio 3
-Strong experience with multiclip syncing and editing
-Familiar with the 60p->24p slo-mo workflow
-Strong skills with audio snipping and a good understanding of audio levels.
-Intermediate to advanced color correction experience
Most important of all, we are looking for
-those who want to forge a working relationship and not just a single piece-meal work.
-those that won't grub for money on their first jobs when we are still learning what we can do together (raises come with time and effort)
-those who can prioritize when we say "two weeks deadline" and not tell us 1 month later that "some other priority project came up"
We strongly believe that lasting relationships with editors will help create the best work and would really like to get to know those who really want to create some awesome edits that all can be proud of.
