Highest serial number F35?

[Hunter Hampton]

What’s the highest number you’ve seen, trying to guess how many f35’s were made.

[Run&Gun]

According to Matthew Allard, 'only' around 300 were made. Which is actually pretty amazing considering these were about a quarter mil a pop when new and had a pretty short life span, largely due to the Alexa dropping about two years afterwards.

Believe it or not, they put it right in the update release notes:

Looks like 40 F23 to F35 upgrade kits.
128 of the 10's and 85 of the 11's.

10's were the first generation. 11's were 2nd with lens port added.

Niceee mine is #21 then, funny how few they made- I wonder if it was profitable for Sony at all or a huge loss? Hmm

[Matthew Allard ACS]

I have serial number 1002.

[Grug]

Mine was an F23 that had been upgraded to F35, it was #52 I think.

[Hunter Hampton]
