High Concept Trailer - Network TV

Okay, watched it. Take anything I say with a grain of salt, naturally.

First, I love the concept. That is totally a show I could see myself watching, based on the idea alone, so kudos for coming up with it.
Other things I really like:
-The music is great. All of the instrumental stuff is perfect, and I wasn't sure about the Evanensence track, but when it picked up, the visuals picked up with it as well and I understood why you chose it.
-There were also some very cool effects, the rippling while you're naming the different characters, etc.

As for what I didn't like about it,

-The text in the beginning is riddled with poor grammar. Specifically in the two middle sentences.
-Is the percentage really higher with the wealthy? I found myself not really believing that. But maybe it was just me.
-The "If you are taken." "Wait six day's." text lines shouldn't be complete sentences. Just change the period to a comma or add two more to let the viewer know how to interpret the words.
-I found everything about the shootout part of the scene to be incredibly corny. The guns sounded goofy, the acting was kind of stiff, and the dialogue was a little rough.
-Why did the guy yell at the woman "You will change your mind!" right before he locked in her what appeared to be a freezer? That seemed odd, and the line didn't sound like it came out right.
-I thought the spinning title at the end was hokey. I was all pumped up from the action packed end to the preview that I thought something along the lines of the title sequence from The Shield should be there. Just a black screen with the title and it's shaking slightly. It's hard to explain, but it works for The Shield, and I felt like it would work here too.

But again, I absolutely love the concept, and the visuals were great. Very well shot, especially some of the city shots. Great work, with a little polish, this could be a truly great calling card for you.

Thanks for the comments.

This was done awhile ago as a made foe TV movie in Bangladesh with a different story that we never completed. Then we came up with the 7 day idea, then we re-edited and used all the good parts for the trailer.

I also did the Hitman Monologue short film on the DVX screen section. Check it out.

Too much action too little storytelling in the trailer.

Besdies somebody kicking somebody elses ass I had no idea what was going on.

You did Hitman Monologues too?! I'm actually watching it right now. Really good so far. When I get a chance, I'll comment a little more in the correct section.
