Hidden Clips on O7Q when Ejected/Restored

I shot a bunch of stuff on my O7Q - pretty long takes - of an interview. I think the battery died at some point and the clip right after I changed the battery has the same file number as another one on the odyssey won't show up when I plug into the computer - only the previous clip shows....

Has anyone seen this or have any workarounds? I can play it out of the odyssey and record it to something else, like a pix, but that's a pain in the butt... I'm just glad it's still there but would prefer to just download it!

i think you need to select the Restore Clip option in the 7Q and that should recover them.
 
Tried that already - multiple times. Won't rebuild the file for that last clip though the Odyssey sees it on the drive. It's just not there when I plug it into the computer. So I can play it out from the Odyssey as a last ditch.
 
Yes, the best advice I can give is to contact our Support Desk and let one of our engineers help you with this issue. We have successfully helped clients rescue files in the past many times.
