Hi Res Screen Grabs

So I've got this HD video on my DVX100 and want to grab some hi-res pictures from it. I've tried QuickTimePro, but the quality is still not as good as I want it. I also have a Mac...any suggestions?

I've also heard that you can take pictures through the camera while playing video, but not quite sure how to do that either or if it's even possible with this camera...

What do you mean by you have HD video on your DVX? Is that how you rendered the footage?

I'm not sure...I'm just trying to pull some stills from the video on the camera...

HD refers to a certain resolution, which your camera cannot capture at. I think you mean "full resolution".

You can open it up in Quicktime, and then take a print screen of the grab...
