Try to do a factory reset. Maybe this will help. Also check if it's sensor is clinically clean. I had similar problem with my GH4 - there was a small dust stain on a sensor and it was affecting the whole image. Vertical lines in shadow areas across the WHOLE image were dramatically emphasised (not only were that stain was).

If it was dust on the sensor it is highly unlikely it would not appear in lit areas of the frame - it should be at its worst then.

also the f35 has a sealed cavity to prevent dust intrusion although it isn't perfect

It should be, but you know - anything can be expected In my case dust was present in lit areas but was not affecting the whole image. Only when you pushed exposure it become visible across the whole image.
Anyway it's worth checking it.

thank you guys for help ! but the mode of cine-ei did not help. Looked sensor ... no dust = ( default setting does not help. Nothing helps = (
