Guys I've felt so welcomed here at DVX that I want you to be the first to see a clip from my new feature pilot comedy Heroes 4 Hire (another five written)

The website will be working soon and I will post as soon as it's up and running.

The plot revolves around four friends who decide to form an elite undercover-ops team (ala Bronson, Norris, Segal and Swayze(Roadhouse not Ghost). The problem is they don't have a clue.

This is a very personal project written by myself, Darren Harris, Maurice Day.
I Directed/Dp/Camera/Edited and also play the Character 'Rock' I hope you enjoy it.

The fast visual rhythm of the character movement and the fast tempo of the music music doesn't mesh with the medium/long shots and long takes. Faster editing and camera moves would help. Also, the background is a bit visually distracting in some parts. Parts of it are pretty funny, though, and I like the black and white look. I'd make this about 1/3 to a 1/2 the length and cut 3-4 times faster, maybe even cutting to match the music's tempo. There just isn't rhythmic continuity between different visual and sound elements and fixing that would make the sequence far better.

I thought some of it was funny, but it seemed a bit too long. Good job though.

Just a first rough cut. I am including a spiderman type of custume fitting to the edit (which costume to wear) also the fields still need to be fixed. In B/W because it's a montage ;)
Also original music on it's way.
Which clips should I drop?

There are some montages in color too. See the 80's ;)
