Help!!!!

They actually have a pretty good rating here:
http://www.resellerratings.com/seller2760.html

But I'd look into it more before you buy. Their prices are where they should be, so they don't look like a scam site. The next thing to check is if they are an authorized seller or not. You don't want to buy from a seller who isn't a Panasonic authorized reseller.

Calumet is a very good shop from what I hear. No idea about their online store, but I've heard a lot about their brick and mortar shop in San Francisco.

I have used Calumet Photo in the past for my dvx bag, tripod, filter, etc. They are very reputable here in Chicago and their showroom is impressive. I don't know about the rebate, etc but I would be surprised if they are not a part of the deal.

Also, Roscor (which is a DVXuser Panasonic authorized seller) which is located here in Illinois is awesome. I got my DVX100b from them in August and they were wonderful. I worked with Jim Surin at Roscor. There contact info is under Authorized Dealers on this website.

I have bought tons of still photography equipment from Calumet over the years and rent from there regularly. They are a great shop and as the online store is just an extension of the real shop (just as B&H and EVS - which I have also bought tons of equipment from) I would entirely trust shopping online with Calumet. That said, go with EVS. Call em up, Talk to Ramzi, Tommy, or anyone else for that matter and they will hook you up. Great guys and they'll give the the best deals possible.
