Help!

Hey Guys,
I just got my new DVX100a and have started using it to shoot our documentary. But last night when I was taking a look at some of our footage in vcr mode on the camera itself, the image started to fragment and the audio cut out. This happened on 2 different tapes. I stopped and ejected the tape- then put it back in and fast forwarded it a bit and it was fine again. What could have cause this and what should I do? Thanks for your help!

sounds like dirty heads of somesort. Try blowing some air in there just to stir it around. I've found pollen can get in there when changing tapes outside and cause some mild sound and video dropouts.....
