Help with Ebay

Hi Everyone,

Brought an esata raid Express Card for my laptop on ebay, ive paid for it
but the seller won't reply and im just wondering in the event they don't
reply how does one go about getting there money back i used paypal?

Not too familar with ebay

How long has it been since the auction completed and you paid? Do you have a link so we can check the auction and the eBay seller's reputation?

I've never had to get my money back from a transaction so I'm not sure what you have to do. Sorry.
 
Forget BBB, they won't help you get your money back. Contact ebay's safe harbour but again don't have delusions of getting your money back.

Your BEST bet's are to contact PAYPAL right away as well as the credit card you used to make the purchase.

TIME is of the essence, do this right away and log all your communications (e-mail, etc).

Just a note:

If your credit card issues a chargeback paypal will cancel your paypal account because that is a violation of there terms of service.

Its best to talk to paypal first then if they are no help your credit cards.
 
As asked before, how long has it been since the auction completed and you paid? The seller might just be out of town for a couple of days. That happens...
 
Hi There, Issue resovled item was sent all happy here still no communication from the other side maybe he sent it and went on holiday
