Help with audio

Hey,

I have an audio recording from a system I set up in a car to record dialog. But I had to plug in a power inverter to the car to power up the mixer and laptop to record to. I played back the clip and I hear a buzz in my audio I can't seem to get rid of in Sound Forge 8.0. I'm pretty sure it has to do with the power inverter because whenever I plugged in my MP3 player to charge while listening in the car..I heard the same buzz.

Can anyone help me get rid of this annoying buzz? I'm not that good when it comes to audio..

Try doing this is soundforge.

use the wave hammer as a limiter.....and shut off the compression.....limit at -4db gain reduction and see if that helps.

Thanks a bunch guys for your help!!

...I suck at mastering and redoing audio...

The more you do, the more you will learn. The one I put up is not mastered, it would still need some Track Compression to even out the volume and maybe even some specific voice Compression.
