Help with a screen grab.

Hello HVX user's.

I seem to be having a problem getting a screengrab from one of my videos. Every single time no matter how I do it, it comes out stretched and faces look long and such.

Any tips as to how to get the perfect grab?

I shot the video, at 720pn. The clip's frame size is 960x720 @ 23.98 fps. Pixel aspect ratio is 960x720.

oh yea, and I use FCP 5.1. ^^^^^^^^^

It is the Pixel Aspect Ratio. Make sure you open it in photoshop and choose the correct PAR in the Image pulldown menu.

Take that grab into photoshop and resize the image to 1280 X 720.
It will look fine once you fix the horizontal.
