Help with a corrupted MXF file

I was shooting today and long story short, I accidentally hit Delete Last Clip, realized I had hit it, then tried to select No, and instead selected Yes.

So I shut off my camera right after this, and write protected my cards. I used GetDataBack to scan my card, and it found all of the clips perfectly. This didn't surprise me since I had done nothing with the camera after I accidentally deleted the clip. But when I tried to play back the deleted clip, it looked like this:

Untitled-1.jpg

I'm not sure what to do here. If I look at the video, you can see a little bit of the footage through the pixelation, so it's not completely gone, but I still don't understand what caused this.

I know it is asking a lot but I have uploaded the P2 Structure of the video clip in question and if anyone wants to take a look at it I would be much obliged. You can download it here: http://files.filefront.com/RECOVERYzip/;12405798;/fileinfo.html

Thanks,
Kyle

Edit: I forgot to mention that I was shooting in standard def DV 24pA.
