Help - trying to match footage/ nanoFlash

Hello, looking for help. I want to match (as closely as possible) some footage that we shot with the Panasonic HDX900 and I was thinking if i use my EX3 and use the CD nanoFlash at the 100 mbPs setting it would work. Here are my questions:
Where can I rent the flipping thing? I am in Chicago and am having a hella time tracking one down. Also, how do I get the footage to the client? Do I use my MacBook Pro and transfer it to hard drives? It's just me and a sound man, and we are doing interviews, so it'll be at least 6 hours of footage. If anyone can help me, I'd appreciate it, and if anyone in Chicago can rent me their nanoFlash I'll wash their car for a month or something!

The EX-3 will match the HDX pretty damn close without the nano. Average person could not tell difference. I've had both plugged into one HD monitor at same time and once PP setting were matched, it was a very close match. I would just shoot and not worry about Nano.

Correct me if I'm wrong, but I think you just proved my point. The EX3 without the compression = through the monitor = through the HD/SDI output into the nano = HDX900. It's when you record onto the SxS media and the info is compressed that the compromises start.

Yes, but also, in many cases, the EX 35Mbps compression is fantasic quality. The nano doesn't change the image look as such, it does increase colour space to 4:2:2 but that is actually quite hard to see without pixel peeping. The nano really comes into its own when you have lots of motion that stress the 35Mbps codec.
