Help!!! the Zoom in Servo Mode not working anymore

I just bought a HV200- I'm using since two weeks now and it worked really well until this afternoon.....
I don't know what's happening but without changing any settings in the menu concerning the zoom fonction the zoom is not working anymore.
I'm using the cam in servo mode but nothing happen with the W or T both bouton ( the one up and the bigger one further down )
When I switch to manual mode zooming. No problem , the ring works perfect

I'm really stressed about that because I search all afternoon and could fix the problem-
Like I said the camera is new and I'm taking good care of it...
Does anyone had heard about some problem like this ?

Have you been turning the zoom wheel manually while the camera is in servo mode?

No- I know it' s really bad-
But I've done it a few minutes ago....just a little bit. I moved the ring in both direction while the camera is in servo mode and it fixed the problem....and now the zoom works again !!!!!!!
strange- as if the ring was stucked or something -

check the zoom manual switch on the front of the camera. you may have bumped it, or had it in a half-cocked position.
