failure to defend ones self idoes not infer guilt, this post has only been here a couple of days, we do not eve no if he has seen it.
Jason has stated that this seller has had some issues, I dont know what they are, frankly I don't think they should give us the details, but we should heed the warnings,
I think we should pick up 4 things from this thread, be carefull selling, research your buyer,
be carefull buying, research your seller,
avoid this seller and maybe avoid this buyer
and 4 and most important. Do not fall into group think, we are not a court or jury, we are not a possy, but at time we sound like a mob.
Take the warnings, deside what you well and live by it, avoid this seller, or this buyer, do the research.
do not convict someone, dont assume that because they havent spoken up they are guilty.
all this buyer can do, is seek justice through either fedex, or the police, ask for Jason's help, and warn us.
all we can do is take the warning and use it to protect ourselves. and I think rather than playing Perry Mason we as a group should be passing idea for protection, not convicting someone who hasn't had the chance, or refuses to defend themselves.
