Hi all
So I received my followfocus20 from Tim Ovel over at indisystems today... but I can't put the thing together properly. The large circular piece (on which you can attach a crank or whip) doesn't stay fastened to the thin metal rod it slides onto - and there doesn't appear to be any way to 'tighten it on'... There is a screw-hole, but when I try to turn a screw into it, it stops at a certain point and hits something solid.
I can't get Tim on the phone... Bit worried really... would really appreciate some support. Can post photos or use a webcam on skype if it helps.
