HELP!!! problem with HDMI output / no image on cineroid evf

I just received the cineroid evf that I orderd and had to find out that it doesn't work with the HDMI output of my af100. When I connect the HDMI to another screen like my Samsung it works! Also the cineroid works with a Canon camera. So the HDMI output of my af100 works and the cineroid works as well, but not together!

Any ideas???

I'm new here, so hello. I was hoping someone might be able to help me.

I've recently picked up a Panasonic AF101 second hand, and I've come across the exact same problem that johannes83 here was having.

The camera's HDMI out works when I connect it to my TV, but when I connect my Cineroid EVF (its the EVF-4L model) all I get is a solid green or grey colour displayed.

I've played around with the camera's settings, but I can't find any combination that works. The issue isn't the SDI 24PsF option, which is not available when the camera is in 50hz mode.

I know HDMI cables can be problematic, so I've tried four different ones, but none have made a difference. The Cineroid itself works fine with my 5D, and my little GH2.

Its confusing, because I've seen several people online who've used this EVF with the AF101, and not had any problems. So I'm baffled. Any thoughts?

I should add that I'm in the UK, trying to shoot 1080 25p. The camera is running firmware version 1.17, and the Cineroid is on 1.4. Thanks again.
