help please.

i'm new to adobe premiere pro and i just got some important footage, i don't have time to learn it the usual way.
i need to be able to zoom in on a spot or crop the video so only the part of importance is full screen.
and it'd be nice to pan and follow that object... what do i do? do i need another program or will premiere pro work?

the reason for this is while recording some iridescence clouds for my dvd project a ufo warped into my picture and then flew around at incredible speeds and angles, didn't even know the ufo was there till i reviewed it a couple days ago, its small and hard to see, so i need to be able to zoom in on it to show people.
heres the clip http://www.vimeo.com/7410849

the ufo warps in after my annoying laugh at the bottom right. in second clip it comes down from top middle and flys into the open sky on the right, it then stops and flys back up.
warning, there's foul language as audio was not turned off.
i have the raw mts files if anyone wants to see the high res version and has somewhere i could upload around 500mb.

it wud have been good if the first clip didnt cut....the 2nd one i def see it fly down stop and go back up, though its pretty hard to idenfitfy at first. It does look like its "flapping" though as if it has wings...however I highly doubt birds reach to those heights or stop in mid air. Sorry i cant help about premiere pro. Post it in the premiere section.

thanks, i didn't even know those forums existed hah.
the thing was aproximately 20-30 miles away, way too big to be any birds we know of. it starts behind the clouds, so you can imagine it's prob going a thousand mph and over 100ft in size. all guesses, but prob not that far off.

and yeah i wish i woulda got more of it entering the frame, but i didn't even know it was there at the time.
