HELP PLEASE :crybaby: :crybaby::crybaby: Hello, like 3 weeks ago I bought a camcorder PMW-EX1 and I have a problem transfering the files from the clip browser. When i go to file then export the files to mxf a sign tells me that" unsupported file is specified". Thanks for the help.

Why are you exporting the files to mxf? mxf is the native file used by XDCAM HD and the EX1 uses already compressed mov (xdcam ex with mp4 wrapper). You should just use the XDCAM transfer software to copy the ex1 files out. To get the app, look for the thread by Phillip Bloom. He has a link to it here somewhere.

I have this problem: with my camcorder PMW-EX1 I filmed some clips 30 min. I put the S S Memory Card into SBAC-US10, connected thru USB 2.0, I connected to the computer:Windows Vista Home Premium, Prcessor: Intel(R) Core(TM)2 Quad CPU Q6600 @ 2.40 GHz 2.40 GHz. Memory (RAM): 4095 MB. System type: 64-bit Operating System. NVIDIA GeForce 8500 GT. Hard Disk Drives (3): C-300 GB, E-300 GB, D-10 GB. File BPAV with Memory Card copyed to the computer, we opened the Clip Browser all the clips from file BPAV we could see them in the Clip Browser, we choose the files that we need then we clicked: File, Export, MXF, and pressed start (so we could export the files to the folder that we maid earlyer) and when we pressed start a sign came up and it said: Unsupported format is specified. What is the problem or what didnt we do correct it ?
Maybe we need the clips from the EX1 to work with them in Vegas Pro 8 and burn them on DVD, but in the future on Blu-ray disc.
Can you help us please?
Thanks for the help.

If you are using the the version that came with the camera the export doesn't work. You need to upgrade to the latest version of ClipBrowser, 1.1:

BTW, you can burn to Blu-ray from the timeline in vegas 8b, even to a DVD.

Have fun.
