I was working in Avid and I closed one project to look at another. An error message popped up that I didn't get a chance to read and when I returned to my project all of the clips and my sequence had become pixelated. Every clip looks out of focus. Does anyone know what happened and how to fix this problem?

Check the quality mode in the bottom left of the timeline. It should be all green. You might have defaulted to a low res output
