Help Please! 1080i/25p

Hello:

I´m starting to shoot tomorrow and I´m recording 1080i/25p on the HVX.

I use media composer 2.8

What project shold I start to import the media from the cards?
1080p/50
1080i/50

I don´t whant to end up with messed up footage..
does the type of porject influence in the film look?

the HVX doesn't record in 1080p, so any 1080 signal you record is *interlaced*. Of course, we all make it seem more progressive using pulldowns, though I'm not sure how that translates to PAL at 25fps.
