Help - P2 card - funeral services

I just finished filming a funeral and all went well. I downloaded the footage onto my computer and found out that one clip didn't record right. I look on my HVX200A and noticed clip 1 - 13 did fine and clip 15 - 25 did fine. It was a non stop recording due to the speech that the family was giving. Clip 14 is blank and has a Red X in a yellow box that is next to a purple box and the clip before it has a purple box but that one played. Did I lose the footage? Is there any way in getting the footage back? Thanks
 
First I must say when I read the title I thought it was a service for a 1st generation P2 card.

Now for trying to fix you issue. Does the file show as 4gigs on a computer?
 
A Red X means the clip can not be repaired. Damaged but repairable clips will have a Yellow defective clip indicator.
 
I don't have this issue but can anyone say what happened to NZ's clip? Is this a camera malfunction or card malfunction?
